I took this job over the summer after my freshman year of high school. I also worked here the summers and weekends of my sophomore and junior year.

I learnt a plethora of administrative skills at this job. I am able to type at 60 WPM and I can type 10 keys by touch. I also ran the companies Ebay. They would give me a set of tires or wheels to sell and I would take pictures, research the set, and write a listing including some HTML and CSS. Some of the skills I learned were:

  • Heavy filing
  • Coded and batched invoices
  • General Ledger entries
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Quickbooks
  • Tire pro software
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency
  • Type at 60 WPM
  • 10 key typist
  • Conducted online sales for Ebay account
  • Designed Ebay website
APP Academy
Pasadena High School App Academy

While I was attending Pasadena High School I joined a program called the App Academy. This is where I learned most of my programming and made all my projects.

Throughout my years at the App Academy I always stayed at the top of my class, always putting in extra hours to pursue my passion. This led me to continuously achieve A's on all my projects.

Leadership and Teamwork

For my first two years at Pasadena High School I joined the NJROTC where I learned leadership, teamwork, and discipline. This was a military type program for highschool students.

Througout my two years there I was able to achieve the title of Armed Exhibiton Drill Team Commander. This was due to my extensive hours of practice and teamwork. This program has given me leadership and team building skills.
